GLO MUSIC TOUR 2017

Glo music tour started April 7 in Benin city Nigeria. They have cover the following city: Awka, Owerri,Asaba,Calabar,Aba,Port Harcourt(Rumuomasi), Ajah, Port Harcourt( Trans Amadi), Abuja(Garki),Victoria Island, Ibadan(University ofIbadan) and recently Ikeja which was hosted at 10 Degrees Event Centre, Oregun on July 2^nd  .

So  exacted to be a part of this tour at the 10 Degree event centre Oregun. In the evening of this event i put on the lovely Glo customised shirt to the venue and i gain entrance  with confidence, so surprised people begins to ask me “Are you a Glo staff”? It was  really a night of fun.  The event was kick off exactly 4:00pm and the man of the junky himself DJ Neptune opened the stage with his skills while the crowed started dancing.

The stage was officially opend by the two Glo ambassadors , Juliet Ibrahim and Joselyn Dumas who calls on some set of upcoming artist to perform. The first group of upcoming artist do their things and make the crowed scream for more. The other set was three upcoming artist from Ikeja, one amongs them called FLIXY sang ‘Oba ilukan’ very interesting song while others also perfomed and their supporters screamed for more.

At about 7:00pm the event upgraded to the next level as some porpular artist in Nigeria mounted the stage. An artist called Icing did his things on stage followed by rown-town, he did most of his popular songs meh.. this guy is dope! And next artist on stage was ricardo Bank.

Ricardo bank the guy from Marvin Group makes the crowed shouted as he mounted the stage. He also did most of his popular songs amongs is ‘Omo to n gbe ni bariga o ti di onile ni Banana’ i.e the guy that lives in Bariga now resides in Banana Island  e.t.c.. He really makes my day as well his other fans.

Most people were put into suspect as the instrumentalist set up stage for the next artist. Who we be the next artist on stage? was the question which  begins to ponder in the mind of the crowd. Is it P Square, Flavour or Tuface Idibia(2 Baba). 

Finally Flavor an high life artist come up on stage with his scintillating voices. The ADA! ADA! Crooner really cruiz his fans on the memory of his songs both old and new tracks as they sing along with him. I bet with you this guy is working hard to be an high life legend.

Shortly before the next artist come up on stage, Glo doyles out some gifts to his subscribers by answering some questions. Surprise! Surprise!! the next artist on stage was egberi papa of Balyelsa, no other person than Timaya!

He enter the stage with his new song and also browse trough most of his popular songs while crowed keep yelling for more. One thing that surprised me was when he turns the stage to a podium with praise and worship songs. God is great!

After Timaya, the twins brother’s(Ejima, Ibeji) you can call it any other name, no any other people than P. Squares. They sang most of their porpular songs both old and new. In fact one thing I notice that difference about  this guys, is that, they are very strong and talented.

 They played for so long and did some  talent haunt with one another on stage and also made it clear to the crowed that part of what caused their break up recently is that, they fight on seniority! I wished I could be jumping up and down like this guys,’dem no dey tire’.

I was so glad that i make sure i did not miss any moment of this event as the artist play one after another. Finally the long awaiting artist come up on stage, the legend himself popularly known as 2 Baba. 2 Baba a legend crowned the whole show up with is songs.

If you are absence, you missed a lot because this will linger on in the mind of attendees. Kudos to Globacom for making my week and other Glo subscribers who were present. Makesure you are present in the next music tour close to your neighborhood.

Camel Event centre) july29, Suleja( Tommy Hill station hotel) august 5, Akure ( Golden event centre) august 12, Abuja (kubwa outdoor venue) august 19, Kaduna (castle event centre) august 26, Enugu (Golden event centre), Lokoja ( confluence stadium indoor sports hall) september 9, Markurdi ( Royal choice Inn) september 16, Festac (Golden Tulip Hotel) september 23, Ibadan (Jogor Hotels) september 30 and finally Ayingba ( Harbour bay hotel) October 7.
